Slaughter v. Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC Settlement

Welcome to the Slaughter v. Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC Settlement Website

If you are African American and worked for Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC (“WFA”) as a Financial Advisor or licensed Financial Advisor Trainee in the United States in the Private Client Group or the WFA bank brokerage channel between September 4, 2009 and December 31, 2016, you could get a payment from a class action settlement.

The proposed settlement would provide a fund of $35.5 million for a class of African American Financial Advisors (“FAs”) and licensed Financial Advisor Trainees (“FA Trainees”), as well as programmatic relief to increase opportunities for current employees who are African American.
